If you run into difficulties with the StormGain mobile app, please don't uninstall it from your smartphone.
If the app was uninstalled and you can't find it in Google Play/the App Store, we recommend using the browser version of the platform.
You can also use the platform's web version on your mobile device. For a more convenient use of this version, we recommend bookmarking the link to the platform.
To add a bookmark to the express panel on Android, please do the following:
1. Open the Chrome app on your phone or tablet.
2. Go to our website.
3. Tap the three dots to the right of the address bar and select the star icon.
If you use an iPhone, please follow these steps:
1. Open our website in the Safari browser.
2. In the centre of the bottom browser menu, tap the Share icon
3. Select the Home screen and tap Add.
After completing these steps, the StormGain icon will appear on your device's home screen.
