To solve the issue, please follow these recommendations: if your device runs on Android OS, clear the app cache (Settings -> Applications -> StormGain -> Clear cache) and restart the device.
If your device runs on iOS, we recommend changing the network access point if you work via mobile Internet (3G, LTE) or use Wi-Fi.
If the issue persists, please uninstall and reinstall the app from your mobile app store.

- Send screenshot(s) of the error page with a detailed description of the problem, including the current date and time.
- Have you tried to change your Internet access point?
- Have you tried to reinstall the app?
- Please include the make and model of your device, the version of its operating system and the version of the StormGain app installed.
